By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both our affiliates and our brand. Please read them carefully before promoting 360 Fantasy Football Draft Boards products.
1. Affiliate Program Overview
360 Fantasy Football Draft Boards (referred to as "Company") offers an Affiliate Program (referred to as "Program") that allows affiliates to earn commission by promoting our products through approved marketing channels.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a participant in our Program, you agree to:
- Promote our products in an ethical and responsible manner.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines.
- Only use promotional materials, including banners, images, and text links, that are provided or approved by the Company.
- Request a specific coupon code if you wish to offer discounts to your audience (see Section 3 for details).
3. Use of Promo Codes
To maintain consistency and fairness in our promotions, affiliates are prohibited from using any promo codes that are directly emailed or otherwise provided to customers by 360 Fantasy Football Draft Boards.
Requesting a Specific Coupon
- Affiliates must request a specific coupon code to be created for their promotional efforts by contacting our Affiliate Support team.
- All requested coupon codes must be pre-approved by the Company before use.
Unauthorized Use of Promo Codes
- If an affiliate uses a coupon code that has not been specifically created for their use, any revenue generated from sales involving that unauthorized coupon will be considered null and void.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions and terminate the affiliate agreement if this policy is violated.
4. Commission Structure
- Commissions will be paid based on a percentage of the sales generated through your unique affiliate link or approved promo code.
- The Company will provide details of the commission structure in a separate agreement or as updated on the affiliate dashboard.
5. Termination
360 Fantasy Football Draft Boards reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement at its discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.
6. Modifications to the Agreement
The Company may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program after any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
